How much does air-cooled PC assembly cost?
Air-cooled PC assembly labour is A$145 for parts valued below A$2,000, A$185 for A$2,000 to below A$4,000, and A$245 for A$4,000 or more. Add the on-site fee for your suburb. Parts and software licences are excluded. Prices are indicative and confirmed before booking.
How much does liquid-cooled PC assembly cost?
Liquid-cooled PC assembly labour is A$165 for parts valued below A$2,000, A$200 for A$2,000 to below A$4,000, and A$260 for A$4,000 or more. Add the on-site fee for your suburb. Parts and software licences are excluded. Prices are indicative and confirmed before booking.
How much is the on-site fee?
The on-site fee is A$65 up to 20 km, A$100 over 20 km to 50 km, A$150 over 50 km to 80 km, and A$200 over 80 km. These are approximate straight-line distances from Melbourne CBD to your suburb, not driving distances. The on-site fee is added to labour or diagnosis. Confirm your address and availability before booking.
Are parts included in the estimate?
No. The estimate covers service labour or diagnosis and the on-site fee. PC parts and software licences are not included.
Do I need to bring my PC to you?
No. We provide an on-site service at your home or office. Enter your suburb or postcode in the calculator to check the travel fee.
How do I book a PC build?
Get an estimate, then send us your parts list, suburb and preferred appointment time. We confirm the requirements, price and availability with you before booking.
Can I replace several parts in one rebuild?
Yes. One rebuild labour fee covers one or more selected parts: A$185 with an Air Cooler or A$215 with a Liquid Cooler. Add the on-site fee for your suburb. Rebuilds do not use PC parts-value tiers. Parts and software licences are excluded. Final price is confirmed after review.
What does the computer repair estimate include?
The initial visit estimate is A$80 for diagnosis plus the on-site fee for your suburb. This is not the full repair price. Repair labour is quoted per job after diagnosis, not by the hour. Parts and software licences are excluded.
Is the diagnosis fee deducted if I accept the repair?
Yes. The A$80 diagnosis fee already paid is credited towards the agreed repair total if you proceed. We confirm repair labour before proceeding. Parts and software licences remain separate.
Will I pay another on-site fee for a second repair visit?
No. A second visit for the same repair has no additional on-site fee.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Labour is charged per job. Assembly and rebuild estimates use the published labour fees plus the on-site fee. Repair labour is quoted after diagnosis.
